The seat itself opens to reveal hidden storage for blankets, crafts, or other miscellaneous items that measures 15.5 deep, 34.5 wide, and 3.5 tall. On the face of the seat there is additional carving that is comprised of circular medallions in a horizontal repeating pattern.
