The Edlund E-160 IC digital portion scale features a 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform with a convenient ice cream cone stand. The ice cream cone stand has two slots sized to accommodate sugar cones or cake cup cones. Just scoop your ice cream right onto the cone! The scale's large, easy to read LCD readout lets you monitor scoop size, helping you provide a consistent product and reduce waste. A durable, high-impact resistant casing stands up to the daily demands of your snack bar or ice cream parlor. The Edlund E-160 IC portion scale is portable too!
