Pros Ergonomic design, lens cap for the lens, several zoom settings plus macro.
Cons That lens cap will disappear if not attached. Sensitive to dust, dirt, water or sand.
Recommended it? Yes

Photography has always been a hobby of mine, and as an artist, it's a terrific tool for capturing a moment when you cannot haul along drawing or painting supplies. So I was rather surprised when I recieved one of these from a 'secret Santa.' I had used digital cameras before, purchasing a Hewlett... Read full review »

Pros price, quality, power, a great camera for the beginner or power user
Cons separate lens cap, no flash sync

Let me state that I am a Canon man. Have used them for over 30 years with great success. Why then would I buy the Dimage Z10?.

I wanted a 'real' camera not an aluminum matchbox with a lens stuck on it. Small may be beautiful to some, but I don't like them. My wife has an Elph..I hate it,... Read full review »

After watching the features grow and the prices come down I thought it was time to get a new camera, I did hours of research on what camera offered the most for a reasonable price, I own a Minolta Maxxum 5000i , that has worked flawlessly for over 10 years so Minolta was on the top of my search... I love to take pictures. I have gone through at least 20 different cameras in my life, but by no means am I a pro, an I can't even say I know a thing or two about a camera. Especially a digital one.

I was in the market for a digital camera after a friend gave me a hand me down Sony DSC-P1... Read full review »

Decent but not exciting

Pros optical zoom, low price
Cons cheap body plastic and control buttons, purplish tinge to pictures, open SD card slot.
Recommended it? No

I bought this thing from MicroCenter. The main reason I bought this was because I already had 2-3 SD memory cards and wanted to buy a camera which uses SD MMC cards. Only Kodaks, Pentax, Nikon and Konica uses SD cards.

So I decided to go for this for its low price.
The worst thing... Read full review »

I bought the Dimage Z10 in early December when the prices took a pre-Christmas dip. I have never used a Minolta but a newspaper I used to work for would not buy anything else. I am impressed by the design and find it very easy to use. The body is plastic, but it has an overall texture to it that... Read full review »

What is there to say that hasn't been already said?

Well, let's look at the pros and cons of this wonderful camera.

1) First of all, the thing I noticed right off the bat is the incredibly fast startup time. While most other cameras are displaying a logo and loading settings,... Read full review »

Perfect remote for our needs

Pros Quick set-up, perfect accuracy of set-up and remote, ease of use, coolness factor
Cons retail price
Recommended it? Yes

We were looking for an all in one remote, but had had it with the cheap ones that seem to create more frustration than simplification. We were interested in the Harmony Series from Logitech, however with everything other than the 1000, you're still looking at a lot of buttons which scares my wife... Read full review »

Recommended it? No

I bought this camera because of the 7x optical zoom, it's compactness, style, and it's high mega pixles (8). I also felt Pentax was a trusted brand.

Right off the bat I was disappointed with the battery life. After fully charging it, it died on me in 1 day. Even on it's second charge,... Read full review »
